Enrollment Steps and Requirements for CNA Program:
PLEASE NOTE: All registration packets must be completed and submitted by the due date*
- Complete the NCTC Allied Health Registration Packet online by completing the Allied Health Program Application on the right of this page. Please complete the entire application and upload required documents:
- High School diploma/GED (CNA applicants may be exempt if dual credit applicant)
- Once completed click on Submit Application. Your application will be submitted.
Supporting Documentation and Records:
Once accepted into the program, you will receive via email an acceptance packet with information on specifics such as how to set up an account with SurPath, upload your immunization records, physical exam, health insurance, CPR card, and any other requirements for your program.
CNA Registration File Completed:
Upon acceptance, your registration form will be sent to the Admissions office for final processing and official enrollment into the program. Once enrolled, you will receive an email from Admissions letting you know that you are officially enrolled in the classes.
Payment of class tuition:
- Federal Financial Assistance-There is NO FAFSA available for CNA programs and will need to be paid prior to class start unless you have contacted the NCTC Business office for assistance on how to pay for your class.
- Tuition can only be paid after receiving the Admissions email of official enrollment. Please note that this email may arrive after the enrollment period deadline date but prior to class start.
- Contact the NCTC Business office for assistance on your tuition, payments, etc. You can contact either of the following campus business offices:
