Description

This course is designed to improve the student’s muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular endurance and introduce the student to the basic muscular groups.

Upon completion, students will be able to: have knowledge of the human muscular system; demonstrate and have knowledge of the benefits of weight training in a total fitness program; have knowledge of popular exercises for sport specific training.
