The study of advanced CNC operation with an emphasis on programming and operations of machining and turning centers.
32 lecture hours + 64 laboratory hours.
At the conclusion of the course a student will be able to: Set up and operate CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers; select proper tooling with correct speeds and feeds; and produce a part to specific tolerances.
