Description

Focus on Cloud infrastructure, deployment, security models, and key considerations in migrating to Cloud computing. Includes the technologies and processes required to build on-premise and Cloud environments, including computation, storage, networking, virtualization, business continuity, security, and management.

Upon successful completion, students will be able to: assess plan migration from on-premise to Cloud solution environment; identify methods and tools to maintain security and protect data; differentiate between the various storage, computing, and networking options; identify deployment and management options; deploy available services for scalability, reliability and high availability; and use Cloud monitoring and auto-scaling services to scale infrastructure up and down.
