An overview of roles of various members of the health care system, educational requirements, and issues affecting the delivery of health care.
Upon completion, the student will be able to identify the roles of various health care professionals; outline state and national credentialing and licensing requirements; describe legal and ethical issues affecting the practice of health care professionals; give examples of professionalism; and define the rights and responsbilities of health care professionals.
