Description
A study of components, applications, and installation of mechanical air conditioning systems including operating conditions, troubleshooting, repair, and charging of air conditioning systems.
32 lecture hours + 32 laboratory hours.
At the conclusion of the course a student will be able to: Identify various types of system applications; perform charging, recovery, and evacuation procedures of an installed system; perform component and part diagnostics and replacement; and perform system maintenance.
Prerequisites: HART 1301 & HART 1307
