An introduction to the refrigeration cycle, heat transfer theory, temperature/pressure relationship, refrigerant handling, refrigeration components, and safety.

Exams: Section Exams – Test over all units in a section and Final Exam - Test over all sections in course. All element grades will be averaged together for a final grade for the course.

Late Work Policy: Late assignments will not be accepted. Incomplete assignments will not be accepted.

Attendance Policy:

Regular and punctual attendance is expected. All absences are considered unauthorized unless due to illness or emergencies as determined by the instructor. Contact the instructor prior to any absence or tardiness.

Withdrawal Policy:
|
A student may withdraw from a course on or after the official date of record. It is the student’s responsibility to initiate and complete a Withdrawal Request Form.
