Description
Examination of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the control of horticulture pests. Topics include procedures, methods, safety requirements, Integrated Peste Management (IPM), and chemical, natural, and biological controls.
Upon successful completion, students will be able to define pest control terminology; interpret federal, state, local laws and regulations; and implement IPM pest control methods and procedures.
