Howdy! Welcome to Texas State Government

This course focuses on the origin and development of the Texas constitution, structure and powers of state and local government, federalism and inter-governmental relations, political participation, the election process, public policy, and the political culture of Texas.

It is important that students gain access to the Connect course materials for this class. McGraw Hill Connect provides two weeks of free temporary access, but students will need to purchase the required e-textbook after that period ends.
