Welcome!

This course focuses on the origin and development of the U.S. Constitution, structure and powers of the national government including the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, federalism, political participation, the national election process, public policy, civil liberties, and civil rights.

It is important that students gain access to theĀ Connect course materials for this class. McGraw Hill Connect provides two weeks of free temporary access, but students will need to purchase the required e-textbook after that period ends.

See Canvas course portal for more information when the semester begins in the Welcome announcement and do not hesitate to contact me with questions,
