Description

Continued application of principles and practices used in residential construction.
32 lecture hours + 32 laboratory hours.

At the conclusion of the course a student will be able to: Define the principles of design and implementation of advanced residential construction; incorporate site and environmental considerations in planning a residential development; select materials; apply codes and standards in the creation of construction drawings; and write specifications.

Prerequisite: DFTG 1317.
