Description
A study of conventional scheduling using critical-path-method, precedence, networks, bar charts, monthly reports, and fast-track scheduling.
Upon completion, students will be able to: prepare flow chart diagrams using the precedence networks; utilize the "forward pass" and "back pass" in-scheduling procedures; construct bar charts; and calculate critical paths in scheduling.
