At the conclusion of the course a student will be able to: Identify and describe the major types of internet crimes and their elements; list the trends involving digital crime; outline the investigative process in cybercrimes; apply existing laws to actions and events in computer crime investigations; and identify future areas of legal concern in computer crime cases.
