Knowledge, skills, and tools that enable a leader/organization to facilitate change in a participative style.
Upon successful completion, students will be able to: explain the roles of change agent and champion within the organization; explain the progression of change from introduction to completion; examine barriers to successful implementation; and demonstrate ability to analyze internal and external environments as well as stakeholder issues in showing need for change.
