Description

Theories which aid in the diagnosis of interpersonal and intergroup conflict. The role of manager as negotiator, intermediary, and problem-solver.


Upon course completion, students will be able to: recognize communication skills in negotiations and conflict resolution; and demonstrate strategies in negotiations.
