This course is designed to take you through the fundamentals of Management  During our time together, we will take a look at concepts, terminology, principles, theories, and issues in the field of management. 48 lecture hours. At the conclusion of the course you will be able to: Explain various theories, processes, and functions of management; apply theories to a business environment; identify leadership roles in organizations; and describe elements of the communication process.
