Description
Introduction to hair styling with emphasis on the fundamentals of haircutting and related skills.
Upon completion, students will be able to identify career opportunities and define professional ethics; identify sanitation methods, and explain how to use them; identify and demonstrate implements, tools, and equipment; explain the structure and functions of the hair and scalp.
32 Lecture Hours + 32 Lab Hours
Must hold current Texas Cosmetology Operator License.
