Description
Instruction in basic horsemanship skills including handling, saddling, bridling, mounting, riding, grooming, safety, and basic health care.
Upon successful completion, students will be able to recognize and employ basic handling and riding safety practices; identify and care for equipment and tack; and demonstrate proper leg, seat, and hand positions as they relate to riding techniques.
