Introduction to the refrigeration cycle, heat transfer theory, temperature/pressure relationship, refrigerant handling, refrigeration components, and safety.
Prerequisites: None
Required Materials: Fundamentals of HVACR, 4th ed. (Stanfield & Skaves). PowerPoints provided.
