**You must complete 144 hours at your approved internship.
**You are required to meet face-to-face at least 3 times with your instructor.
**Providing all assignments on time for the first five weeks is mandatory. If these assignments are not completed by the end of the fifth week, the instructor will drop the student and notify financial aid.

Last day to withdraw from a course with a “W” is April 3rd.
DISABILITY SERVICES (Office for Students with Disabilities)
