INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY
The online environment can be a little confusing and many of you may feel that because the class is online and is available 24/7, the instructor is also available 24/7. To clear up this misunderstanding please note the following: I do not have an office on campus. I will be available with specific ‘office hours’ on Monday’s from 10am – 12pm. The contact method is email through Canvas for routine questions. They will be answered within 24 hours. I can be reached by text at 214-642-6218 if absolutely necessary. Please be sure to tell me who you are. I do not respond to numbers, or names I do not know. Again, emails must be sent through Canvas. You should not email the instructor from your personal email nor should you email the instructor using the instructor’s NCTC email address.
