Late work policy:
There are no makeup assignments unless proof of illness or other cause for absence is provided to the instructor as soon as reasonably possible. The burden is on the student to provide the documentation in a timely manner.

COURSE POLICIES

 

 

Academic Integrity Policy:

  1. Scholastic dishonesty shall include, but is not limited to cheating, plagiarism, acadc
  2. falsification, intellectual property dishonesty, academic dishonesty facilitation and
  3. collusion.  Consequences for academic dishonesty may include:
  4. The student will receive a failing grade of "O" on the assignment. If the assignment is within a group in which the lowest assignment is dropped, the assignment will not be able to count as a dropped score. It will count as part of the grade.
  5. A "Scholastic Dishonesty Report Form" will be submitted regarding the incident
  6. Student may be dropped from the course with a failing grade (letter grade of “F”)

 

Attendance Policy: This is an asynchronous online course. Attendance is not taken. Students are expected to complete all assignments on or before they are due.

 

Withdrawal Policy:

A student may withdraw from a course on or after the official date of record. It is the student’s responsibility to initiate and complete a Withdrawal Request Form.

 

Last day to withdraw from the course with a “W” is April 3 2023.

  2. Identify the differences among various savings and investment programs and classes of securities 
  3. Identify the options for insurance 
  4. Describe retirement and estate planning techniques 
  5. Explain owning versus renting real property 
  6. Describe consumer protection legislation
